This is my drunken piece, not good enough, I rushed all way through fighting dizziness. I was drinking with my uncle last night and we chatted till about 1:30 am. Then I couldn't sleep so I decided to draw something for my little cousin.
This drawing features my little7 year old cousin who was diagnosed leukemia last August. She's been on medication ever since and no one knows how long she has to live. Baiscally everyday could be her last if the new medication fails to control the cancer cells. So excuse me when I show absolutely no faith in god what so ever. I choose to believe in work-return, not relying on some supernature power. Bad guys don't always die horriblelynor good guys always live happily, there is no fate. No, no god, not to me. I live on my self-conscions not to do bad, there is no fear of going to hell after I die to threaten me to be a good person
anyway, I'd better stop mumbling on my drunken speech. I think I'll take a shower, forget about sleep tonight, it's 5 am still counting and my head hurts.
I hope she likes the picture. I'll keep her in my prayer.. I know you don't believe in any higher power but I do... And that's the least I can do at the moment.
Very cute sketch. I'm not arrogant enough to believe in anything...or to disprove anything. But I do hope your cousin gets better. And you too, (seems like you might be having a tough night).
Your cousin's beautiful!
I hope she doesn't suffer.
*sigh* this is one of the many reasons why I am doing biomedical science. I want to help wonderful people like your cousin. In the mean time I hope she's laughing a lot. Laughter after all, is the best medicine
I'm really saddened when I hear of someone with cancer...but it really breaks my heart when it's a child. I'm sad to hear you don't believe in God, but that's fine. Different people, different beliefs. I'll do same as another commentor, I'll say a prayer (which isn't something I have been doing lately...hopefully this'll help me get back into the habit). Sweetie, this is gorgeous. Your cousin looks so happy and sweet. I wish the best for her. I really do.

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
